Vintage miniature steam engines at the vintage rally

There is no charge for entry but you will need an exhibitor registration number to get on to the show field. Please complete the exhibitor entry form below choosing the appropriate category for your exhibit; please complete and submit one form for each exhibit.

Steam Exhibits: Due to the high costs involved with getting steam exhibits to the show the organisers have agreed a support package for these entries including camping, coal supply etc. Please contact us on redrowrally@gmail.com for details.

Groups: If you are in a club or group and wish to stay together on the show field please, state that in the comments box with the name of the group and we will try and arrange this for you.

Trade exhibitors We have several categories of trade exhibitor, please choose the type that suits your needs the best and include the type in the comments on booking form:

Camping: The Country Parks are aware that some exhibitors may have to drive a long way to participate or need time to set up and take down their exhibits; as such, they will allow entrants to camp on the show field and adjacent camping field on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. There are toilet facilities and two fresh-water points available on the show field. Due to the large numbers camping last year, there is a two night minimum which must be pre-booked and pre-paid. NOTE: NO OPEN FIRES, FIRE-PITS OR BBQs ARE ALLOWED IN THE COUNTRY PARK OR CAMPSITE ~ NORMAL CAMPING STOVES ARE PERMITTED

I agree that the data I submit will be used for the purposes of the Rally and I agree to the Privacy Policy. By checking this box I confirm that for the whole period of the rally I will be covered by the relevant insurance for my exhibit, vehicles, caravan/ living van, trailers etc, having a limit of indemnity of not less than £5,000,000 for any one accident. Proof of insurance will be available for spot check inspection during the rally. The organisers of Red Row Vintage Club Rally cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property during the event.
